Eloura Studios LLC (“Eloura,” “we,” “us”) operates elourastudios.com and the Eloura tenant portal. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to our website, prospective tenants who contact us, and tenants who use the portal.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send an inquiry, request a tour, or create a portal account, you may provide your name, email address, mobile phone number, your specialty, your preferred location, and anything you write in a message. Tenants may also provide a professional biography, maintenance requests, and messages to management.

Billing information. Rent is billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects and stores your payment card details under its own privacy policy; Eloura never sees or stores your full card number. We keep records of invoices and payment status so we can show them in your portal and manage your lease.

Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted on Netlify, which processes standard server logs. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. If you use the Elle assistant, we record an anonymous activity summary (topic category, response time, success or failure, optional feedback) that does not include your message text, name, or account details.

How we use information

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, tour, lease, maintenance requests, and payments. Text messages are sent on behalf of Eloura Studios LLC by Vireilo Management LLC, its management company, from a registered business number. The Eloura app in the App Store and Google Play is likewise published by Vireilo Management LLC on behalf of Eloura Studios LLC; this policy covers the app and the website alike. Consent is not a condition of renting a studio. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help, or contact us at (937) 930-4501 or management@elourastudios.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Eloura and who are bound to use it only for that purpose: Netlify (website hosting and accounts), Supabase (secure database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Twilio (text messaging). We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.

Your choices

Security and retention

Portal access requires a verified email address and a password, and management approves each tenant account. Private data is stored in access-controlled systems. We keep lease and payment records for as long as needed for the tenancy and for legal and accounting purposes, and inquiry information for as long as it is useful to respond to you.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.

YOUR PRIVACY

Your information.

The inquiry form sends your details to Eloura management, who reply by email — and by text if you agreed to texts. We keep them to follow up on your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. The website does not save them in browser storage.

This site contains no third-party analytics or embedded marketing tools. Hosting and account access may be subject to the hosting platform’s own policies. When available, the Eloura AI assistant sends your chat messages to our privately hosted Hermes assistant and local AI model to generate a reply. Do not share sensitive information. The chat interface keeps conversation history in this page and clears it when you reload. Our assistant does not save chat transcripts. We record anonymous activity summaries such as topic category, response time, success or failure, and optional helpfulness feedback. Management can review the most recent 30 days; these records do not include message text, names or account details. Messages pass through our hosting and connection providers to reach the assistant; those providers process requests under their own policies. A session-only browser flag remembers whether you dismissed the greeting. The service uses rotating request counters without storing raw IP addresses to limit abuse.
