These terms apply to your use of elourastudios.com and the Eloura tenant portal, operated by Eloura Studios LLC (“Eloura,” “we,” “us”). By using the website or portal you agree to them. Studio rentals themselves are governed by your written lease, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.
The website and portal
The website describes our locations and the professionals who rent studios with us. The tenant portal lets approved tenants view their studio and billing details, manage their professional profile, submit maintenance requests, and message management. You are responsible for keeping your login private and for activity under your account. Management approves each account and may suspend access for misuse.
Information on the website is provided in good faith but may change; studio availability, pricing, and the professional directory are confirmed by management, not by the website or the Elle assistant.
Billing
Rent and fees are billed through Stripe according to your lease. The portal shows invoices and payment status for your reference; the invoice and your lease are the records of what is owed. Payment method updates and receipts are handled on Stripe's secure pages.
Text messaging terms
When you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Eloura Studios LLC, you are opting in to messages about your inquiry, tour, lease, maintenance requests, and payments. Messages are sent on behalf of Eloura Studios LLC by Vireilo Management LLC, its management company, which also publishes the Eloura app in the App Store and Google Play. These terms apply to the app and the website alike.
- Program name: Eloura Studios tenant and leasing notifications
- Message frequency: varies based on your activity and account; typically a few messages per month
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time and you will receive one final confirmation message; you will not be sent further messages unless you opt in again
- Help: reply HELP to any message, call (937) 930-4501, or email management@elourastudios.com
- Consent: agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of renting a studio or of any purchase
- Carriers: are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Elle, the assistant
Elle is an AI guide that answers general questions. Her replies may be imperfect and are not commitments on behalf of Eloura. Bookings, lease terms, pricing, and account decisions are confirmed only by management.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or portal to post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Disclaimers and liability
The website and portal are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, Eloura is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this page with the date above.
