The inquiry form sends your details to Eloura management, who reply by email — and by text if you agreed to texts. We keep them to follow up on your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. The website does not save them in browser storage.
This site contains no third-party analytics or embedded marketing tools. Hosting and account access may be subject to the hosting platform’s own policies. When available, the Eloura AI assistant sends your chat messages to our privately hosted Hermes assistant and local AI model to generate a reply. Do not share sensitive information. The chat interface keeps conversation history in this page and clears it when you reload. Our assistant does not save chat transcripts. We record anonymous activity summaries such as topic category, response time, success or failure, and optional helpfulness feedback. Management can review the most recent 30 days; these records do not include message text, names or account details. Messages pass through our hosting and connection providers to reach the assistant; those providers process requests under their own policies. A session-only browser flag remembers whether you dismissed the greeting. The service uses rotating request counters without storing raw IP addresses to limit abuse.
